WHAT IS THE PHOENIX TRAVELING TRAILER?
The Phoenix Traveling Trailer is a fully renovated 1970s horse trailer mobile bar. It boasts a 120 gallon cooler to keep nearly 200 canned drinks cold. Additionally, it has a two tap keg system, sink, and is an adorable addition to any party!
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
The Phoenix is fully equipped to provide any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage service, including beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, signature drinks, sodas, virgin mimosas, hot chocolate bars, and many more. We can work with you to accommodate most requests.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
We are based in Troy, Ohio, servicing the greater Dayton area, including Troy, Pleasant Hill, Covington, Tipp City, Piqua, Casstown, Sidney, and more. Events outside of a 20 mile driving range from 45373 will incur a fee of $2/mile. We currently travel up to 50 miles from 45373.
DO YOU PROVIDE THE ALCOHOL?
In the state of Ohio, we are not permitted to sell alcohol. However, we are able to assist with recommendations and shopping lists. We can also place orders and have the alcohol delivered. The client must purchase the alcohol.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR POWER?
The Phoenix needs access to a standard 120V outlet close to where we will be serving the guests. If there is no access to an outlet, you can rent our generator, if you do not have one available to use.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE TRAILER?
The Phoenix trailer is pulled or backed into place with a tow vehicle and measures 7 ft 8 in tall, 7 ft 1 in wide, and 12 ft in length. The Phoenix trailer needs to be on a flat surface and we recommend 8-10 feet of open space in front of the trailer for serving guests. We will do everything we can to fit The Phoenix exactly where you want it. However, please be sure to check measurements before booking. In the event that we determine it is unsafe or we are unable to place the trailer in the specified location, we reserve the right to park the trailer in a more suitable and safe location at the event.
DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?
Yes! We carry liquor liability and general liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance to your vendor, if needed.
IS THERE A BAD WEATHER PLAN?
Ohio weather is unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot predict rain or bad weather dates. In the event that rain or bad weather is projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services. Tents must be more than 8ft tall for our mobile bar to fit inside.
I'M READY TO BOOK! WHAT NOW?
We require a deposit and completed contract to save a date. We can only guarantee a booking once both are received on a first come, first serve basis. Card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Head on over to "BOOK NOW" to inquire about your date and let's chat about your specifics!
